InCite is a citation recommendation tool that helps researchers find relevant papers from their personal library. The service is provided as-is for academic and research use.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. Do not share your API token with others.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InCite only for legitimate academic and research purposes. You may not:
- • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- • Use automated tools to overwhelm the service with requests
- • Reverse-engineer the recommendation algorithms for commercial use
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all papers and data you upload to InCite. We claim no rights over your library content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
5. Service Availability
InCite is a research project and is provided without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
InCite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, incorrect recommendations, or service interruptions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
